What we collect
We only collect personal information when you actively provide it to us. This happens in two ways:
- Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. This is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service.
- Discovery call booking: when you book a call, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your enquiry. This is processed through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies or collect any personally identifiable information. We see aggregate visitor numbers and page popularity; we cannot identify individual visitors.

We do not use cookies on this website.
How we use your information
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and provide services if you engage us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your information is stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (United States). Booking details are processed by Cal.com (European Union data centre). Email correspondence is handled through Apple iCloud Mail, with mail processed and stored on Apple servers (primarily United States). By contacting us, you consent to your information being transferred and stored in these locations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at contact@yoke.consulting to make a request.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. No method of internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
